General Contract Conditions

1. Validity the contract and jurisdiction
a) This contract is valid inmediately after the registration has been confirmed by ACUPARI.
b) Each of the following contract conditions needs the written acknwoledgement of ACUPARI.
c) The Peruvian Law is valid. The place of jurisdiction is Cusco.

2. Services and responsibilities
a) The information provided in our updated brochures and price lists is valid for the full extent of the contracted services,
b) ACUPARI is only an intermediator for the family accommodation
c) On holidays, classes do not take place. The corresponding hours are evenly distributed during the remaining days

3. Payment
a) 20% of the course and accommodation fee has to be paid at the most 10 days after the registration. If not, the start of the course can not be guaranteed.
b) The downpayment can be done via bank transfer or via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
c) ACUPARI cannot organize the transfer nor the family accommodation if the downpayment has not been made.

Customers whose payments have not been done cannot attend their courses.

4. Cancellations
a) In case of a course cancellation until 31 days before the course, the 20% down payment will be refunded.
b) In case of a course cancellation within 30 days before the course starts, the 20% down payment will not be refunded.

5. Class duration
Our courses are measured in academic hours
1 academic hour is equivalent to 50 minutes.

6. Schedule changes in Mini-group courses
a) If a mini-group (max. 5 participants) has only one student, the number of academic hours is reduced to 12 one-to-one academic hours per week

7. Absences
- The hours missed in a group cannot be made up.
- The hours missed in one-to-one lessons can be made up upon arrangement.

8. Responsibility in case of theft
ACUPARI is not responsible for the theft or loss of articles in the classrooms.
