Agreement Validity and Jurisdiction

	The agreement between Acupari and the student is valid immediately once the registration and down payment has been confirmed by ACUPARI.
	The Peruvian Law is valid. The place of jurisdiction is Cusco.

Services and Responsibilities

	The information provided in our updated brochures and price lists is valid for the full extent of the contracted services.
	ACUPARI is only an intermediary between the student and the family accommodation.
	There are no classes on national holidays or certain Cusco holidays. The missed class hours will be redistributed during the other class days.

Payment

	Up to 40 days before the course begins, 20% of the course and accommodation fee has to be paid at the most 10 days after the registration.
	In the event that your registration is within 40 days or less of the start date of your course, the 20% fee will need to be made within one day of your registration. If not, the start of the course can not be guaranteed.
	The down payment can be done via bank transfer. All bank fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the bank fee for each transfer is approximately $25 and will be charged to the customer's account at the time of arrival.
	ACUPARI can only reserve the course once the down payment has been received.
	ACUPARI can only organize the family or hotel accommodation and transfer once the downpayment has been received.
	The balance of an account can be made via bank transfer no less than 5 days before the beginning of the course; or paid in person on the first day of classes, in cash or by traveler’s check. All bank fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the bank fee for each transfer is approximately $25 and will be charged to the customer's account at the time of arrival.
	Customers whose payments have not been received cannot attend their courses.

Cancellations

	In case of a course cancellation up to 31 days before the course begins the 20% down payment will be refunded.
	In case of a course cancellation within 30 days or less before the course begins, the 20% down payment will not be refunded.
	Money for course and/or accommodation will not be refunded once the course has started.

Class duration

	Acupari´s courses are measured in academic hours.
	One academic hour is equivalent to 50 minutes.

Schedule changes in Mini-group courses

If you have registered for a mini-group course and a group according to your level of proficiency is not available (minimum 2 to maximum 6 students) 12 hours of one-on-one classes will be offered instead at the same discounted price of the mini-group.

Absences

	The hours missed in a group cannot be made up.
	The hours missed in one-to-one lessons can be made up upon arrangement ONLY if the teacher has been informed before hand.

Responsibility in case of theft

	ACUPARI is not responsible for the theft or loss of articles in the classrooms or accomodations.
	Please do not bring valuable items with you.
	You can leave valuable items in the ACUPARI safe.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all students take out a travel or medical insurance policy in their home countries.
