Hospital Cusco

Volunteering Projects

After your Spanish course, you can volunteer in a hospital in Cusco. Note though that only students of medicine or volunteers with job experience in the medical sector are accepted. The municipal hospital treats mostly patients without medical insurance from the poorer sectors of the population. The children's Leukaemia wing works in close cooperation with Hannover Medical School, so language students from ACUPARI are very welcome there.

Please note: Volunteers need to study medicine or have work experience in the medical sector

Period: All year – minimum stay 1 month. If you have any special wishes concerning your volunteer placement, please do not hesitate to contact us.
